@[Billa] Even Milan in Italy offer 8 Platinum scholarship, 29 Gold scholarship and plenty of silver scholarship.

Platinum scholarship - Full fee waiver + 10000 euros fund per year
Gold scholarship - Full fee waiver + 5000 euros fund per year
Silver scholarship - Full fee waiver

Hope this will help scholarship aspirants like myself
Milan was also rated higher in world ranking as well around 50 in QS world Rankings
