I want to pursue MS in Compter Science.

GRE score - 315/340 ( 158 Q + 157 V )
B.Tech(IT) aggr - 8.8/10(VIT University, Vellore)
TOEFL - 104(R-26,L-29,S-22,W-27)
Work Ex. :
Bio-medical image processing apps : 2 yrs

Papers Published :
1) THINK, Image based captcha

I want to pursue MS specializing in Image Processing or Visualization.
By the time my application reaches college I will be completing 2 years of experience in biomedical image processing although never developed any algorithm but working on the integration and UI part of algorithms thus got opportunity to understand in detail at-least a few of them and the implications they bear.

Following is the list of universities which I could short list after preliminary search :
1) TUM, Computer Engineering or Biomedical Computing (BMC)
2) RWTH, Media Informatics or Biomedical Engineering
3) Saarland. Visual Computing

Sorry for the short list of universities but I am still in process of going through university sites.
Please help me with regards to profile evaluation and if possible suggest some universities considering the following factors :
a) I want to pursue Image Processing or Visualization as my Masters Specialization.
b) I am trying to figure out if its possible to get scholarships.
c) Please add if I missed out on something.
